Birth is more than an event—it’s an awakening.
As a professional birth doula, my role is not to direct your labor, rush your body, or speak over your intuition. I’m here to guard your birth space—so you can turn inward, feel supported, and trust the natural rhythm of birth.
I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My doula care includes a calm presence, hands-on comfort measures, advocacy support, and practical assistance—always guided by your preferences and your body’s cues. I support physiological birth while honoring that every family’s journey is unique, whether you are planning a home birth or a hospital birth.
Birth is one of life’s great ceremonies. It is a powerful rite of passage—an awakening of the mother. My work as a doula is to help keep this threshold protected. I tend to the environment, the emotional needs, and the flow of the birth room so you feel safe, grounded, and supported. Allowing space for you to connect with your body and your baby.
I have been attending births since 2015, supporting families as a doula, birth assistant, and birth photographer. This experience allows me to anticipate needs, move quietly within the birth space, and offer experienced support.
Birth is not something to manage.
It’s something to be held and honored.
